The brief

The Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (The Client) is conducting this Preliminary Market Engagement exercise regarding the provision of a contract for supply of water and wastewater services to its property located in the geographic counties of Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire (The Goods).

The contract is required to ensure the provision of potable (i.e. drinking) water as well as wastewater including, but not limited to, sewerage, roads and property drainage and trade effluent services in accordance with relevant standards and legislation.

The purpose of this PME exercise is to gauge interest from the market, understand its capability to Provide the Goods, mitigate potential barriers to SME's where practical, and seek your views to inform any eventual procurement exercise undertaken by the Trust.

The objective is to identify and mitigate any potential issues to help ensure a "right first time" approach to any eventual procurement exercise.
