As part of the preparation of the Local Plan the Council is seeking to commission suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake a review of the Green Belt within the District.
This work will be used to determine whether in the context of evolving policy the current Green Belt designation across the District remains valid and importantly whether in undertaking this assessment any areas should be designated as Grey Belt.
