The purpose of the session is to outline our commissioning intentions for the upcoming Framework.
This session is open to all providers with an interest in delivering services including Housing Related Support type services, Supported Living and Specialist Care and Support for the above needs across the BCP area.
This session will provide insight into BCP Council’s future vision for the service and will explore how this work connects with key themes such as the Three Conversations Model that is being implemented within front-line Adult Social Care teams within BCP.
The future framework aims to enhance outcomes for individuals receiving services and their support networks through an improved, strengths based person-centred approach to delivery.
This aligns with BCP Council’s broader ambition to help all residents live fulfilling lives, maximising opportunity for all.
This Framework tender opportunity is anticipated to be published via Supplying the South West, Early in 2026.
