Cheshire East Council intends to procure a framework to fulfil its Domestic Build Works requirements for disability adaptations.

This will assist Cheshire East Council in the completion of works in order to support vulnerable residents to help them to live safely and independently.

It is envisaged that our requirements will be split into two lots: • Lot 1 - Building alterations • Lot 2 - External works Works that are required as part of this framework include the full range of domestic building works, including, but not limited to: Lot 1 • Site Preparation; • Foundations; • External Walls and Insulation; • Roofs and Insulation; • Doors and Windows; • Floors and Insulation; • Internal walls and ceilings; • Electrics; • Plumbing and Drainage; • Heating; • Kitchens; • Bathrooms.

Lot 2 • Ground Works; • Fencing; • External handrails; • External Doors.
