NHS Frimley ICB ("the Commissioner") sought to commission provision to provide a Local Clinical Assessment Service & Emergency Department Revalidation Service for Frimley ICS patients in Bracknell, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) & Slough Places.
The four main elements to the provision of the core services are: • Interoperability with the 111 service • Clinical input - diagnosis and treatment • Suitable accommodation for patients to be seen face-to-face • Transport - cars including drivers for home visiting The core service will integrate with the local 111 and other health and care services, observing the overriding principles of seamless transfer.
