The brief

Braintree District Council is awarding a one‑off supply contract for the manufacture and delivery of replacement polling booths and Voter ID privacy screens to support electoral operations across 149 polling stations in the district.

Lot 2 - Voter ID Privacy Screens: Supply and delivery of one privacy solution per station (149 total).

Modular, collapsible, portable; compatible with polling booth layout or stand‑alone; designed to protect modesty and respect religious beliefs; ensures the safeguarding of users and polling staff; fire‑resistant materials.
