The University of Bath will be looking to have these surveys completed to 131 buildings (refer to University of Bath Building List) which is a mixture of Academic, Residential, Sports/Leisure/Recreational, Facilities Management and Other buildings.
Approximate internal gross areas (m²) have been provided within the University of Bath Building List.
Building condition surveys were previously undertaken in 2019.
The University can provide summary reports and data sets for each building where required.
The results of the surveys are to be entered into the University’s PlanOn IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) software package so that they can be used by the University for the ongoing maintenance and management of the Estate.
Written reports are required for each building broken down by Building Fabric, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
These should give a commentary on the results of each survey.
The surveys include: Executive summary of survey. Property description. A condition survey of all sites and buildings.
