Term Maintenance Contract for Servicing of Sprinkler, Dry Riser and Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems

This contract comprises the following Works/ Services provision to various Falkirk Council properties: - 1.

The quarterly, 6 monthly and annual inspection, testing and servicing of Sprinkler installations and associated equipment as detailed, including any battery replacements as required.

2.

The 6 month and annual service, inspection and testing of the Dry Risers as detailed and any associated equipment as required.

3.

The 6 month and annual service, inspection and testing of the Kitchen Fire Suppression installations as detailed and any associated equipment as required.

4.

A 2 hour emergency call out service is to be provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks of the year including all public holidays and weekends.

5.

Ad hoc repairs and works to the Sprinkler, Dry Riser and Kitchen Fire Suppression installations as may be required from time to time on a daywork basis.
