The brief

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for and on behalf of NHS England - North East and Yorkshire (Health and Justice Team) (the Relevant Authority), who are conducting a Request for Information (RFI) exercise in relation to the delivery of Healthcare Services for the Yorkshire and Humber Female Secure Estate.

Services to be considered are: Primary Care Services; Mental Health Services; and Substance Misuse Services, all to be delivered for service users at HMP New Hall and HMP Askham Grange.
