The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has been awarded funding from Ministry of Justice for a general Victim Needs Assessment, the contract has been awarded to provider via an internal exemption process due to urgency (the funds need to be claimed and used within a timescale that would prohibit a fuller procurement process).
