Together Housing Association (THA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to deliver a fully managed, end-to-end networking service for a series of dedicated critical-infrastructure networks deployed across THG care schemes.

These networks support essential services such as telephony, environmental systems (e.g., boilers and plant room equipment), and other life-safety or operational technology.

Maintaining exceptionally high availability is fundamental to THG's duty of care and operational resilience.

Together housing is seeking a solution that can be delivered in a collaborative, long-term partnership, not just a transactional supplier arrangement.

Together housing will retain operational involvement and administrative oversight, while the appointed provider will deliver assurance, monitoring, and 24/7/365 response and support, including out-of-hours incident management.
