The brief

The purpose of this project is to replace the existing lift, which has reached the end of its operational life, with a modern, compliant lift system.

The scope includes dismantling and removal of the current lift, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the new lift, and post-installation maintenance under a service agreement to ensure continued safe operation and uptime.

The appointed supplier will be responsible for the full end-to-end delivery, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards, statutory requirements, and manufacturer specifications.

The objective is to improve reliability, safety, and performance of the vertical transportation system while ensuring minimal disruption to building operations.
