The brief

1.

The Authority (British Embassy in Bamako) will pay the Service Provider an agreed fixed price for the provision of a specified number of unarmed staff, with relevant training and experience to control access to its estates and guard its sites 2.

The Service Provider will provide a security service on a 24-hour basis, throughout the contract period.

The staff deployed in this regard will also be expected to carry out other security-related services, as specified by the Authority’s representatives.

The Service Provider’s contract manager will report to the Authority’s representatives.

The Service Provider will provide evidence of all insurance policies to protect the Authority from any losses or liabilities attributable to the Service Provider’s staff.
