Staff from Psychology services across NELFT both Adult and Child services to complete level 1 - 3 in core EMDR training.
Supervision to be given during training but not required once training has been completed.
Staff will be nominated for training by team leads based on service needs.
All staff will meet the eligibility criteria set out by EMDR Europe.
