Competitive Flexible Procedure (including a short listing stage) DEADLINE FOR THE shortlisting PSQ stage is Monday 2nd March 2026.

The contract to be procured is the Gas heating repair and maintenance 5-star contract and Renewable heating repair and maintenance 3-star contract for the Stonewater Southwest region following expiry of the existing contract by the incumbent service provider.

Stonewater’s intention is to appoint a service provider for the Southwest Region to provide a 24-hour 7 days a week year-round fully comprehensive servicing, gas safety check, issuing of Landlord Gas Safety Record (LGSR) and responsive repair service to all Stonewater properties.

This shall include all contracted and non-contracted properties as required.

Non-contract properties are homes that are not currently included within the core servicing contract but may still require works under this agreement…
