The purpose of this preliminary market engagement is to consult with prospective suppliers and customers to ensure the framework's new iteration is fit-for-purpose in the modern market for customers to call off.
The intent for this framework is to be a fixed 4 year solution.
Proposed lot structure: -Lot 1 - Domestic and international travel including accommodation booking, including but not limited to: o Bus, rail, ferry & plane tickets o An online platform for bookings o Car hire services -Lot 2; Accommodation bookings for the vulnerable, including but not limited to: o Homeless, at risk youth, those at risk of domestic abuse, asylum seekers, refugees, released criminals. -Lot 3; o Domestic and Internation travel including accommodation and event booking for the education sector. -Lot 4 - Venue and event hire, specification to cover but not be limited to: o Event bookings o Meeting room hire o Conference bookings
