The anticipated scope may include: • smart retail and micro-market solutions; • automated retail and vending services (where retained); • out-of-hours and 24/7 food and beverage provision; • associated equipment, technology, stocking, maintenance and replenishment; • central helpdesk, performance reporting and governance arrangements; and • commercial and performance management mechanisms appropriate to a regulated healthcare environment.
