The brief

Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT) are seeking suitably qualified and experienced Providers to deliver additional capacity and specialist support across Children and Young People’s Mental Health (CYPMH) services through two distinct lots.

The procurement aims to improve access, reduce waiting times, and enhance the quality and range of support available to children, young people, and their families.

Across both lots, services must be person‑centred, timely, compliant with NHS standards, and fully integrated with local pathways.

The procurement aims to expand choice, improve outcomes, and ensure children and young people receive high‑quality, flexible mental health support.

The contracted services are expected to commence 1st July 2026 for an initial period of 3 years, with options to extend up to a further 12 months, plus 9 months.
