The brief

To contract multi-disciplinary support for adult Drug and Alcohol Treatment services to work with rough sleepers and those at risk of rough sleeping based in Exeter and engage them in treatment.

Formation of a multi-disciplinary team which includes improving access to physical and mental healthcare.

The Authority requires the Supplier to assist it in carrying out a project to support the delivery of the Rough Sleeper Drug and Alcohol Treatment Grant.

The funding for BtheChange is to deliver the following aspects of the project: Recruit a Team Leader to the project team.

Notify Public Health and the System Leadership Board at the Co-Lab of any challenges with recruitment and immediately that the post becomes vacant.

The Team Leaders role is to: -Line management of some of the Specialist enablement workers (split between this post and Project Co-Ordinator) -Facilitate weekly team meetings -Work with the administrator to seek access and funding for meaningful activities not yet available but being requested by the target population -Promote and encourage a learning and development culture across the team -Support the project co-ordinator in developing the culture and achievement of the outcomes sought from the bid.

Encourage the specialist enablement workers to adopt a human learning systems approach and support them in the generation of learning by developing learning cycles to test new ideas and agreeing these with the Project Co-ordinator.
