The intention is to continue commissioning a local people led advocacy organisation to support people with learning disabilities and autistic people to contribute towards improved health outcomes, wellbeing, and inclusion for people with learning disabilities and autistic people.

The service will support the delivery of system priorities by increasing awareness and uptake of learning disability annual health checks and health action plans, improving access to high-quality accessible information, delivering peer-led education, and developing co-produced resources in partnership with people with lived experience.
