The Authority is looking to award a contract for a works contractor to deliver the redevelopment of existing car park and courtyard of Highgate Road Estate and erection of a 6 storey residential building (Use Class C3) together with estate wide improvements to landscaping, public realm and play space as well as cycle parking, car parking and associated works.
The procurement will be undertaken using the Competitive Flexible Procedure in accordance with s.20 of the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23).
The term of the Contract is expected to be eighteen months (18) commencing January 2027.
