The service is designed to improve the mental health and wellbeing of people from Inner City and East Bristol's (ICE) most marginalised populations, specifically the Somali, African-Caribbean and South Asian communities as these communities have been identified as those who experience the poorest access to mainstream services and have the least satisfactory experiences of engaging with the system resulting in worse outcomes.
