Supply of Interim Enforcement Team Leader
The procurement contact named on the official notice.
Despite a number of recruitment campaigns, the council has been unable to appoint to the vacant Enforcement Team Leader position.
In order to sustain the delivery of the service, provide continuity of staff, minimise technical difficulties and inconvenience, and avoid duplication of costs, it is necessary to retain the services of the interim Enforcement Team Leader for a further period from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.
There will be an option to extend the agreement for a further period of up to 24 months to 31 March 2029, subject to budget approval and business needs, if a permanent appointment is unsuccessful.
