An Applicant Tracking Software System is required to support and deliver an end-to-end recruitment process for hiring managers, recruitment team and candidates, which will enable the "in-housing" of the full recruitment process, delivering an improved and efficient candidate and hiring manager recruitment experience.

The Applicant Tracking System will include an authorisation process for adverts, facilitate the advertisement of roles.

Enable Hiring Managers to accept , shortlist and assess candidates and provide full communication with candidates including arranging interviews and delivering onboarding process in a compliant and efficient manner.
