The Council is considering a three‑lot structure covering: Lot 1 – Traffic Management (core services) Lot 2 – Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) & Martyn’s Law Compliance Lot 3 – Major Event Requirements The future contract is expected to include (but may not be limited to): Planning, supply, installation, maintenance, and removal of Traffic Management systems Provision of qualified TM operatives and supervisors Supply and deployment of HVM equipment such as barriers, blockers, and gate systems Support for major events requiring enhanced TM, crowd safety measures, and operational coordination Compliance with relevant legislation, including Protect Duty requirements Ability to scale resources for both routine operations and large‑scale events Belfast City Council invites Suppliers to participate in this PME by emailing cps@belfastcity.gov.uk to request a copy of the PME questionnaire.
Completed questionnaires must be returned by the deadline stated in the document.
