Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a single supplier to provide the SENDIASS service, with the aim of promoting independence and self-advocacy for children, young people and parents.
The most recent data shows that the service delivers around 350 casework interventions per quarter.
This is an estimate based on current demand and there is the potential for this to increase (or decrease) over time.
The Provider must retain flexibility to respond to changes in volume as needs or statutory requirements evolve, within the proposed service delivery offer.
