The requirement is for suitably qualified suppliers to manage a lamp column banner advertising scheme in Brighton & Hove on a concession basis.
The Council will issue a licence to operate this service and a Revenue Fee will be payable to the Council.
The supplier must be able to offer a complete advertising banner solution, to include sales, design, administration, print and installation & changeover.
The current value is c£200,000 per annum which is based on 90 lamp posts and for evaluation purposes, the award criteria will be based on 90 sites.
However, the intention is for the Council to introduce further banner sites during the contract term and the value is expected to increase to c£300,000 per annum.
