Accommodation based services for Adults in Hammersmith and Fulham

The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is preparing to procure accommodation-based services for adults, including supported living, respite and extra care.

This procurement follows a comprehensive placement sufficiency review examining adult social care provision across the whole system to ensure we have the right range and volume of services to meet residents current and future needs.

To support this, we are hosting engagement opportunities with existing and potential providers ahead of the formal procurement process.
