The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a works contract for the delivery of an external transformation project at Warwickshire Police Headquarters, Leek Wootton.
The scope comprises external estate works within the operational boundaries of the site, including the design and construction of new and reconfigured car parks and parking bays, associated footpaths, internal roads, and the installation of gates and barriers, including controlled access arrangements.
The works also include the upgrading of external lighting, installation of CCTV infrastructure, provision for electric vehicle charging facilities, and new soft landscaping.
No building or internal works are included.
The contract was awarded following a closed, invitation only below threshold works tender.
The contract was entered into on 20 April 2026.
Site possession is anticipated to commence on 27 April 2026.
The works will be delivered in phases, with the final phase forecast to complete by 16 October 2026.
A 12 month rectification period applies to each section of the works.
