The aims of this Procurement are to; - Achieve and maintain a Very Good rating under the CAA framework, as the minimum standard under the CAA framework. - Give assurance to our PRM customers, that they will receive an equitable experience to all other airport users under this new contract. - Enhance the performance standards with robust key performance indicators and service levels that drive a customer focused culture and ethos. - Uphold a positive reputation of the PRM service as seen by external and internal stakeholders. - Provide transparency between AOC, MAN, STN and our PRM provider to build on existing relationships and forge a strong ethos of collaborative working.
The purpose of the pre-qualification process is to provide MAG with sufficient information to select a shortlist of qualified applicants who will be invited to participate in a competitive tender process.
