The works consist of whole house retrofitting including: •Changing to LED lighting •Loft Insulation •Cavity Wall Insulation •Air Tightness •Ventilation Systems •Solar Powered or Photovoltaic (PV) Systems •Installing of Air Source Heat Pumps •Installing of Ground Source Heat Pumps •General Building Improvement Works •Ongoing monitoring or maintenance
