Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme
Brent Council is seeking an appropriately qualified contractor to provide a Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme.
The Service includes: • A 26-week perpetrator behaviour change programme • Pre-programme and advocacy support for individuals not yet ready to engage in the 26 week programme • Parallel victim safety support, delivered through liaison with Domestic Abuse Safety Advisors (DASAs) and local victim services • A training programme for professionals working with domestic abuse and perpetrators The Service prioritises medium to high-risk perpetrators, aligns with MARAC and safeguarding processes, and adopts a whole-family, trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach reflective of Brent's diverse communities.
