SEL ICB Lambeth Community Denosumab Service
Provision of a community-based shared care service for the administration and monitoring of denosumab 60mg/ml for osteoporosis.
The service will support patients in Lambeth (or registered with a Lambeth GP) who have been identified by secondary care as clinically appropriate for treatment in the community.
The Provider will deliver blood monitoring, prescribing support, and timely administration of injections in accordance with the South East London Shared Care Agreement, while clinical responsibility remains with secondary care.
