The brief

Stirling Council, in (collaboration with Police Scotland, Falkirk Council and Clackmannanshire), seeks to award a two Lot contract for the provision of up to 7 clear days stray dog kennelling services (Lot 1), followed by training rehabilitation and rehoming support for dogs that remain unclaimed beyond the 7 day statutory period (Lot 2).
