The brief

Slough Borough Council (Council) requires a Workplace Health Offer as more particularly described in the Specification attached as Appendix 1.

The key elements of the requirement are: a) Establishing and operating a Public Health Training Centre (non-physical hub), including governance, systems and delivery model aligned to awarding body and regulatory requirements b) Co-designing and delivering bespoke training integrating Making Every Contact Count (MECC) and cultural competency c) Developing and implementing a Workplace Health Offer, including a structured employer engagement model and workplace health champion’s approach d) Co-producing a Workplace Health Toolkit to support employers in assessing need, implementing interventions and evaluating impact e) Providing ongoing operational, administrative and quality assurance support to ensure sustainability of the programme f) Delivering a marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement approach to maximise reach, uptake and impact across Slough
