The contracting authority is undertaking preliminary market engagement in relation to an anticipated services contract for the provision of a managed CCTV, Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and radar service across its estate.
The requirement is expected to include business‑as‑usual operation, maintenance and support of existing systems, planned and reactive maintenance, monitoring of system health and performance, lifecycle and obsolescence management, and associated software and licensing.
The scope may also include the supply, installation and replacement of equipment where required to support service continuity, resilience and compliance; however, the principal object of the future contract is the ongoing delivery of managed services rather than the execution of construction works.
