A procurement of servicing and inspection services for Gas Appliances (boilers) • Fixed core services include: o General Management & Administration for the contract. o 24/7 Helpdesk and callout service. o Servicing and inspection of Gas Appliances including flues. o Annual gas tightness testing. o Statutory Certification (CP15) and Gas Logbook. • The contract includes opportunity to price for additional ad-hoc repairs / callouts.

The specification allows for the deletion of properties / services during the contract period.
