Following the delivery of SMMC to a base build specification, a technical fit out is now needed to meet the needs of the operator.
This would include internal partitions, upgrades to the heating and ventilation system to accommodate increased extraction and make-up air, installation of necessary AV infrastructure and progressive privacy systems for example, as well as laboratory fit out.
This work is currently in design stage and we would look to dovetail the fit out works on Practical Completion of the base build.
