This Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise is intended to gather market insight to help shape the final procurement strategy, lotting structure, service specification, and commercial model.
Feedback received will be used to ensure the future procurement is proportionate, competitive, and aligned with current market capability and best practice.
