***THIS NOTICE IS FOR A MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT ONLY***<br/>NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU on behalf of NHS Black Country Integrated Care Board (ICB) are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of a Vasectomy service.<br/>The service(s) must be located within the geography of the Black Country where all aspects of the service pathway described in this specification are delivered.
It is also desirable if Providers have one service location in each Place (Wolverhampton, Walsall, Sandwell and Dudley) to maximise patient choice and reduce inequality.
This can be delivered either by Providers working collaboratively together across the System or by Subcontracting arrangements. <br/><br/>Contract Length is expected to be for a period of 2 years with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 2 years.<br/><br/>The commissioner has published this Prior Information Notice to support market engagement only at this stage.
