Refurbishment of Halls of Residence at Park Campus

The University of Gloucestershire wishes to procure a high-quality refurbishment of up to four halls of residence at its Park Campus, creating modern, safe, and accessible accommodation and communal spaces that enhance the student experience.

Phase 1 of this programme is the refurbishment of Dowty Villa, a 36-bedroom hall of residence constructed circa 1999.

The proposed commencement date of Phase 1 works is 22 June 2026.

The potential future phases will entail the refurbishment of Grace, Jenner and Tyndale Villas.
