Central Bedfordshire Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to deliver a fully managed programme for the installation, maintenance, and repair of doors, door entry systems, and assisted living equipment across its housing stock.
The appointed Contractor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service, and managing works in a planned and coordinated manner to achieve best value and right-first-time outcomes.
