The Council would like further technical advice and support from Tom Van Vuren at Amey for a period of 6 months between May 2026 - October 2026, specifically to provide: • Critical Friend /Technical input to proof of concept / testing of Bentley's multiresolution mesoscopic model (Dynameq) in Oxfordshire: 8 weeks@ 2 hrs per week • Critical Friend / Technical input to procurement of the OxMoD strategic Transport Oxfordshire Model (TOM), including preparation of a model specification: 4 weeks @ 8 hrs per week • Critical Friend / Technical input role in further implementation of OxMoD inc oversight of strategic model delivery: 16 weeks @ 4 hrs per week
