Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invites tenders to deliver an Integrated Debt Advice Programme be for a period of 9 months commencing July 2026 and completing no later than 31 March 2027.
Applicants will be required to demonstrate a collaborative partnership with two or more organisations, one of which can supply the free, independent, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulated debt advice.
Projects can be led by a single organisation (or consortium of organisations) with the planned collaboration evidenced in their proposal.
