HOUSING AND ASSETS SATISFACTION SURVEYS
The contract is for the provision of a consolidated Housing and Assets resident satisfaction survey service, covering: • The statutory annual Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) perception survey • The annual Leaseholder Satisfaction Survey • Monthly Repairs, Caretaking, Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and Tenancy Sustainment satisfaction surveys The supplier will be responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of all surveys, including sampling, resident contact, administration, data capture, secure handling of personal data, analysis, reporting, and delivery of regulator compliant outputs.
The contract will support statutory reporting to the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) and provide ongoing insight to drive service improvement across Housing Services.
