The brief

The Staffordshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner seeks to commission a Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Hate Crime Support Service (Lot A) and an ASB & Mediation Support Service (Lot B) for victims of crime / incidents, regardless of whether the crime / incident has been reported to the police or not.

Both services will provide a free, confidential, high-quality service, with victim’s wishes and feelings being at the heart of service delivery.

Services will commence 1st April 2027.
