The brief

Project Scope: Lyme Valley Parkway has an old BMX track and a reducing skate park; it is being considered using this area to create a pump track.

In addition to the new pump track, a seating area is to be included.

Design and Build Specification: The scheme will involve designing and building a new tarmac pump track with seating in the designated area of Lyme Valley Parkway.

Those parties expressing an interest / submission should take into account the following elements when considering and providing a draft timeframe and include a sketch proposal, along with the estimated cost of and an estimated delivery timeframe which considers the items below. > Detailed consultation with user groups, site users, residents/ward members. > Detailed design of pump track. > Installation of pump track.

It should also outline how the proposed consultation will be undertaken.

The new designs should reflect on the feedback received during the consultation period and the wishes of the local community and should be suitable for all ages, and wheeled users.
