The brief

As part of our What Would it Take children's services 5 year plan, West Dunbartonshire HSCP are keen to develop community based support for children and young people with disabilities and their families.

We have made a Promise to listen to families views experiences and we will integrate these into how we develop our service.

We would like to partner with an experienced and creative provider(s) to bring together a needs led and adaptable service, that can support children and young people at home and in their communities with an evidence based, whole family support approach.

We would like to invite interested providers to attend a consultation event on Tuesday the 28th July, at the HSCP offices in 16 Church Street, Dumbarton, G82 1QL.

We would like to share our plans to date, and to learn from your expertise about how we can shape a resilient and inclusive service, where our children and young people will be supported to meet their outcomes through individualised support and fun opportunities.
