The brief

Package 1 - WC Refurbishments: Following the feedback provided, it has been agreed to split the packages into 2 smaller projects based on location.

Due to the timescales of the projects these will be sent out to tender at the same time.

If one contractor is successful for both projects, we will discuss capacity and resource with them.

Should they not have the capacity to undertake both packages of work concurrently, they will have a preference, and the 2nd lowest contractor will be successful on the other package of works.

Works will involve refurbishing the existing toilets at the following sites: Scope of works will involve stripping out existing cubicles, sanitaryware, flooring, ceilings etc. and replacing with new including all associated mechanical and electrical works.

All works are to be completed by the end of the summer holidays to all sites. - Horndean Infant School, Merchistoun Rd, Horndean, Waterlooville PO8 9LS - St James Primary School, Bellevue Lane, Emsworth, Hampshire, PO10 7PX - Works can commence at start of July as agreed with school. - Purbrook Junior School, Aldermoor Road East, Purbrook, Portsmouth, PO7 5NQ
