This contract provides Community Transport services to support older residents in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to access essential community activities, shopping, day opportunities and social participation.
The service includes: Group minibus transport, including scheduled community routes and ad‑hoc bookings for eligible groups.
Individual transport through the Community Car Scheme, delivered by a volunteer driver network.
A Shopper Service, providing scheduled transport to local supermarkets and key retail locations.
Subsidised transport for named Westminster groups (WCC contract only), delivered in line with current service policy.
